For a commercial request we collect your name, phone number, email address, project details and any files you attach. We send a short-lived code to the email address before recording the request as an order. Once verified, the Ravenor team can review it and we send a confirmation containing its reference. Please do not attach payment details or unrelated sensitive documents.
Newsletter signup and management use email verification. We store the address and subscription status to send updates and honour unsubscribe requests. A link in an email can also be used to unsubscribe.
A job application includes the contact details and work information you provide, and may include a CV or portfolio link. The Ravenor recruitment team can review these details. CVs and request attachments are stored outside the public website and are available through restricted Admin access.
Ravenor Assistant uses prepared guidance, not an AI model. Its conversation stays in this page while it is open. Messages are processed to select a reply and are not stored as chat history on the server.
The site remembers your language preference in this browser. An unfinished enquiry is kept for the current tab so it can survive an accidental close of the form or a language change. You can clear it using the form’s clear control.
